As we mentioned in the last post, this week 91.9 WNRN’s annual fund raiser is taking place, and a donation of at least $10.00 to the Goth & Industrial show Subculture Shock will get you a compilation which features the Oh So track “When I Was Blue.” If you aren’t in the Central VA area, Subculture Shock has provided some alternate instructions for how to listen and pledge. Check it out!

To Listen: This Sunday at 10pm EST, head to wnrn.org and click “Listen Online.”  You can do so through an external player or just click the play button on the radio at the top of the site to stream the show in your browser.  If you miss the broadcast, you can also download the podcast from facebook.com/subcultureshock, myspace.com/subcultureshock, or subshock.livejournal.com.

To Pledge During the Show: You can then call in TOLL FREE at 1-877-967-6762 to make a pledge.  YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY THE PLEDGE RIGHT AWAY, so pledge as much as you want.  You have approximate 5 months to pay it.  A pledge of $10 or more (+$4 for shipping) will get you a Subculture Shock Fund Drive Compilation.  Pledges of $35 or more will get you other awesome premiums including CDs, fashion items such as t-shirts and pint glasses, and so much more!

Pledging Online: If you’re going to miss the show or just hate the phone, you can also pledge online with two different options:

1) Pay Right Away With Credit Card: Go to wnrn.org and pledge there.  If you use one of the pre-set amounts, just put “Subculture Shock” in the comments section to guarantee that the pledge goes to our show.  If you want to set your own pledge amount, be sure to email info@wnrn.org and let them know your pledge was for Subculture Shock.  Also, be sure to include $4 for shipping!

2) Pay Later With Other Options:  Email subcultureshock@gmail.com with the following information:
Name
Address
Phone Number
Amount Pledging
Premiums you’d like.

In case you hadn’t noticed, we’re building up steam for the release of our debut, All I Ever Wanted, which is going to be released by Radio Active Music in 2011.
